**GI SIMAN**, a company with more than 18 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, industrial installations and assembly, is currently seeking its next: **MULTIDISCIPLINARY SITE RESIDENT** **Fully administrative position to work at corporate office** **Requirements:** * Education: Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering or related fields. * Availability to travel. * Intermediate to advanced level Excel skills (pivot tables and macros). * Proficiency in **Microsoft Project** software (80%). * Knowledge of general construction processes: civil, electrical, mechanical and electromechanical. * Ability to interpret blueprints. **Main responsibilities:** * **Supervision of work progress:** Ensure that all tasks meet established quality, cost and time standards. * **Project schedule management:** Identify deviations and propose corrective actions to prevent delays. * **Project administration:** Document tracking and control of assigned resources. * **Material control:** Ensure proper receipt, storage and inventory control on site. **Position objective** Record, monitor and update ongoing projects (civil, electrical, mechanical or industrial), efficiently managing budgets and files to ensure return on investment and projected profitability for each project. **Responsibilities** * Maintain project budget control, ensuring established amounts are not exceeded. * Identify and report cost overruns to the relevant departments. * Record and track purchases, purchase requisitions and material consumption. * Monitor labor hours used in each project and update the database. * Compile costs, expenses and payments made into institutional formats. * Prepare reports and delivery records for completed projects. * Manage physical and digital project files (scopes, quotations, expenses, etc.). **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Project Management, Electrical, Electromechanical or related field). * **Professional title and license.** * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in administrative control or project monitoring (civil, electrical, mechanical or industrial projects). * **Excel proficiency 100% (pivot tables, formulas and reports).** * **Analytical, organized profile with attention to detail.** **We offer:** * Competitive net base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Opportunities for growth and professional development within an expanding company. **Position to be filled in Texcoco, State of Mexico, just a few streets from Universidad Chapingo.** Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
