Guidance and follow-up during onboarding **Telephone Sales Advisor – Plata Card Campaign** We are currently seeking Telephone Sales Advisors to join our Call Center team for the Plata Card campaign. Job Description. **The advisor will be responsible for:** * Contacting prospects via telephone. * Promoting and placing the assigned financial product. * Providing clear and accurate information about benefits and terms. **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Morning shift on Saturdays: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. * Fixed day off: Sunday. If performance metrics are met Monday to Friday, morning-shift staff also rest on Saturday; for TC staff, Saturday and Sunday are fixed days off. **Compensation Structure** * Monthly income of **$10,000 to $12,000** * Commissions for pre-approved cards ranging from $800 to $3,500 * Paid training * Guidance and follow-up throughout the onboarding process **PAYMENTS ARE WEEKLY AND TIMELY** **MONTHLY EARNINGS OF $10,000 TO $12,500 OR MORE** **Earnings may increase significantly based on goal achievement and results obtained.** **General Requirements** * Age: 21 to 44 years * Marital status: Any * Education: Completed or incomplete secondary school or high school * Experience: Minimum 6 months in call centers, sales, insurance, or collections **Work Experience** * Outbound call handling * Customer service * Telesales or product placement (insurance, credit cards, etc.) * Collections experience (preferred) * Basic use of systems and platforms **If you wish to join a dynamic team offering opportunities for professional development and growth, we invite you to apply.** Salary: $10,000.00 – $12,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
