Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Cashier to supervise teams, process payments, restock merchandise, maintain store cleanliness, and deliver outstanding customer service in an active retail environment. We are \#EquipoJOI! **POSITION: SENIOR CASHIER, TOWN CENTER NICOLAS ROMERO** What Will You Do Daily? As a Senior Cashier, you will perform various tasks to ensure the store looks immaculate and is fully prepared to welcome our customers, while supervising and guiding a team to achieve operational goals. Your main responsibilities will include: · Processing product payments at checkout lanes and performing cash register reconciliations. · Performing sales floor tasks such as price changes, merchandise restocking, shelf and product cleaning. · Delivering and promoting outstanding customer service by providing assistance or making sales on the sales floor, as well as addressing customer comments or recommendations. · Store opening or closing procedures. · Receiving and unloading products from the Distribution Center. · Participating in developing action plans aligned with store objectives. · Administrative tasks such as receiving suppliers, handling cash, entering inventory into the system, and managing shrinkage. · Maintaining cleanliness and care of common areas. · Leading compliance with company policies and procedures.
