Your primary objective will be market entry and end-to-end execution of the commercial cycle. Role Mission Convert qualified leads/opportunities into customers by leading the sales process through to contract closure. You will be responsible for strategically advancing each opportunity—deeply understanding client needs, building trust, and clearly communicating Luca’s value proposition. This role is critical, as it requires executing a robust and flawless commercial process, managing multiple stakeholders, confidently handling objections, and driving each opportunity to conversion. Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle—from initial contact through contract signing. * Work with leads provided by our prospecting team, while also independently building your own client portfolio via referrals, cold outreach, and on-the-ground relationship development. * Meet quota targets and report weekly on client portfolio KPIs. * Build relationships with schools—establishing credibility, trust, and deep understanding of their needs. * Share relevant field insights with our product, growth, and operations teams. * Stay current on the latest sales trends and best practices. * Travel to meet schools in person.
