We are seeking the following profile: The role will provide backfill support within the team, contributing to the project’s operational and technical activities. **Work Model** Hybrid mode: remote work from home with occasional office attendance in CDMX, Polanco area – Mariano Escobedo / Anzures. Business Analyst and tester experience **Soft Skills** * Adaptability to quickly integrate into existing systems and processes. * Effective communication in English, both oral and written. * Ability to collaborate with developers and various project stakeholders. * Problem-solving skills and ability to apply technical recommendations. **Hard Skills** * Knowledge of the current operating model, including architectures and internal processes. * Technical understanding to interpret system configurations and workflows. * Sufficient technical English to communicate with global vendors and comprehend documentation. * Proficiency with tools such as Project, Visio, and Excel. Tester **Soft Skills** * Analytical thinking to identify critical points and define test scenarios. * Ability to document processes and results clearly and accurately. * Intercultural communication skills to interact with global teams in English. * Flexibility in working hours to coordinate activities with teams located in different geographical time zones. **Hard Skills** * Knowledge of testing methodologies: functional, regression, UAT, among others. * Technical English for documentation and communication with international vendors. * Understanding of critical processes and operational workflows for test case design.
