Receiving Assistant

Description

**Job Objective** This position is responsible for capturing, processing, and controlling operational warehouse information, ensuring accuracy of system transactions, generating reports, tracking quality and logistics KPIs, as well as providing administrative and operational support to ensure proper coordination among Purchasing, Customer Service, Quality, Warehouse, and Safety departments. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide administrative and operational support in the warehouse area to ensure daily operations. * Capture and record received materials in the system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. * Manage inventory movements between locations and maintain location records in the system. * Handle non-conforming materials and support tracking of rejections or incidents. * Coordinate logistics, generate reports and KPIs, and keep management informed regarding freight, quality, and inventory status. **Additional Activities** * Support calibration of measurement equipment in the Quality department. * Identify non-conforming materials upon rejection and collaborate with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Customer Service to resolve issues. * Participate in required EHS activities, such as emergency response teams and Safety and Hygiene Committees. **Job Requirements:** * Completed high school diploma or bachelor’s degree. * Minimum 2 years of experience in Data Entry, data capture, or similar administrative roles. * Experience in report preparation, charting, data capture, and processing. * Knowledge of administrative processes, quality metrics, and logistics. * Proficiency in Excel and computer tools. **Skills and Competencies** * High attention to detail and accuracy in information capture. * Ability to analyze and track operational data. * Organizational and document control skills.
