We are seeking a committed Maintenance Assistant with solid knowledge in electromechanics and enthusiasm to contribute energy to our team in Aguascalientes. About you As an Industrial Maintenance Assistant, you will be key to ensuring the proper operation of our equipment and facilities. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the execution of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for industrial machinery and equipment. Performing basic diagnostics and repairs on electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems. Assisting with equipment startup and shutdown, ensuring operation meets safety and quality standards. Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. About us **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance (professional internships or social service in the industrial field are considered). **Education:** Technical degree in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field (Technical Technician / TSU). Electromechanical profile preferred. **Knowledge:** Proficiency with hand tools and measuring instruments; basic knowledge of industrial electricity, mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics. **Availability:** Full availability to rotate shifts (mandatory). **Skills:** Teamwork, proactivity, safety orientation, and problem-solving.
