




**EDUCATION:** High school diploma or technical degree in administration, logistics or related field. **DEGREE OR SPECIALTY:** N/A **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 6 months in similar positions (preferably). **ESSENTIAL TECHNICAL SKILLS:** · Knowledge of the metric and English systems (preferably). · Reading and interpreting measurement instruments such as tape measures and calipers (preferably). · Operation of forklifts (preferably). · Handling shipping documentation, invoices, and certificates. · Knowledge of Microsoft Office. · Procedures for receiving and shipping materials. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** \- Record and control inventory movements in the ERP system Click Balance (entries, exits, adjustments, and transfers). Verify and properly document material shipments and delivery orders. \- Assist in organizing and controlling the warehouse, ensuring correct placement and labeling of materials. \- Track orders from generation to final delivery to the customer. \- Monitor order status in the system and maintain constant communication with sales, logistics, and operations departments. \- Coordinate with the logistics department for timely delivery of materials to customers. \- Assist in preparing administrative reports and inventory control reports (Excel, ERP reports, dashboards). Participate in cyclic or general inventory counts. \- Collaborate in administrative tasks such as filing, document control, receipt and verification of delivery slips or invoices. \- Suggest improvements in control, logistics, and warehouse organization processes.
