Education: Completed high school or technical degree in administrative fields Experience: Minimum 1 year in administrative tasks, data entry, or archiving **Main Responsibilities:** Data entry into internal systems, Aspel, and Excel databases Scanning, organizing, and digitally safeguarding documents Integration and control of physical and digital files Basic validation of information (complete, legible, and correct documents) Support in preparing information for reporting Tracking of pending administrative tasks (missing documentation, signatures, etc.) **Required Knowledge:** Excel proficiency (basic to intermediate level) Office suite proficiency Basic knowledge of document control and archiving Desirable: Experience with ERP or administrative systems **Required Skills:** High attention to detail Information organization and control Responsibility and reliability in handling sensitive data Ability to follow procedures and guidelines Consistency and discipline in operational tasks Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
