**Customer Service and Order Control** **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Provide personalized service to meat industry clients, accurately and promptly managing orders while ensuring proper coordination between production, warehouse, and distribution departments to guarantee complete and timely deliveries. **FUNCTIONS \| RESPONSIBILITIES** * Request new customer registration. * Request product transfers from one warehouse to another. * Request payments for corresponding purchases. * Receive sales team orders. * Register orders in the system and verify product availability with the warehouse department. * Monitor the complete order process: receipt, preparation, invoicing, dispatch, and delivery. * Confirm with customers quantities, cut types, packaging, weights, and delivery times. * Attend to customers to address questions, clarifications, or complaints related to products, delivery times, or invoices. * Coordinate with logistics for timely shipment of products. * Keep customer and order history updated. * Generate daily reports of received, pending, and delivered orders. * Request credit notes for returns and/or discounts. * Review virtual inventory. * Coordinate with accounts receivable for order release and/or authorization. **DESIRABLE.** * Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or sales within meat, food businesses, or distribution. **SKILLS.** * Clear and professional communication. * Organization and control. * Customer focus and problem resolution. * Ability to work under pressure. * Attention to detail. **WE OFFER.** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Savings box. * IMSS. * Minor medical expense insurance.
