This role is based in Mexico City and is a hybrid position requiring at least three days per week in the office. **You will be responsible for:** * Daily detailed bank statement processing. * Daily collections preparation (manual entry into Excel). * Daily bank position reporting. * Execution of daily banking transactions in accordance with Treasury policy. * Payments via Oracle Payments. * Manual payment uploads in various currencies. * Bank and/or beneficiary clarifications; bank relationship management. * Support and audit activities across Mexico and Latin America. * Account opening, closure, and rotation responsibilities. * Maintenance and support of electronic platforms and bank accounts. * Management of multiple entities, countries, and bank accounts. * Monthly cash flow reporting. **What You Need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in treasury. * Solid understanding of bank statements. * Intermediate conversational English proficiency. * Practical experience with Oracle Payments software. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data cross-referencing, and VLOOKUP). * Knowledge of SWIFT and MT940. * Immediate availability. **What Sets You Apart:** * Persistence in achieving team goals. * Professional judgment for analysis and decision-making. * Continuous adaptability to adopt new methodologies, processes, or systems as we innovate at Marsh McLennan. * Customer-service mindset and teamwork orientation that actively promotes diversity and inclusion to enrich outcomes and drive innovation. * Strong learning ability. * Ability to work effectively under pressure. * Strong time management and delivery discipline. **Why Join Our Team:** * We help you bring your best self through professional development opportunities, engaging work, and supportive leaders. * We foster a vibrant and inclusive culture where you can collaborate with talented colleagues to create new solutions and make a positive impact on peers, clients, and communities. * Our global scale enables us to offer a broad range of professional opportunities, as well as benefits and rewards to enhance your well-being.
