Términal Logistics is seeking an Asset Security Subcoordinator. **Objective** Support the development of internal security policies and rules, and supervise activities to continuously verify safe working conditions. **Purpose of the Position** * Responsible for controlling and supervising the company’s asset security. * Preparation of relevant departmental reports, incident management, completion of audit forms, and development and measurement of corresponding indicators, etc. * Support in coordinating and planning training relevant to the department. * Develop and implement regulations to promote occupational safety awareness. * Understand and apply Management Systems in departmental work activities. **Profile Requirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Security, Criminalistics, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Knowledge and operation of CCTV systems. * Knowledge of AVSEC. * Risk analysis. * Handling of security equipment. * Crisis management. * Microsoft Office suite. * Availability to work rotating shifts (PRIMARILY NIGHT SHIFT) Benefits: * $17,000 monthly gross salary * 40% vacation bonus * Savings fund: 13% * Grocery vouchers: 10% * Thirteenth-month bonus: 30 days * Vacation bonus * Life insurance Salary: $16,999.00 \- $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
