LABORATORY TECHNICAL ASSISTANT.**Position Summary**
Location: Regional Laboratory Toluca, Cafés Factory.

Schedule: Full-time. Workdays Monday–Sunday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Education: CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN OR LABORATORY TECHNICIAN, FOOD TECHNOLOGY TECHNICIAN, **Job Mission:**
Perform low-complexity analyses for various factories, business units, and international customers, as well as support specialists and technicians during certain stages of high- and medium-complexity analytical methodologies—ensuring reliability and timeliness of committed response times. Participate in implementing low-complexity analytical techniques and analytical performance tests, ensuring compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards while leveraging tools and methods from the NCE management model. **A Day in the Life of...*** Perform low-complexity physical, chemical, and instrumental analyses on food products using official and Nestlé-approved or internationally recognized analytical techniques, within established timeframes and formats for NQAC customers, to evaluate compliance of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods.
* Record analysis results and report them via various forms and electronic systems to notify, communicate, and ensure timely availability to customers.
* Implement Self-Control Plans for analytical methods under your responsibility, following analytical quality assurance instructions to ensure and guarantee result reliability.
* Identify and understand hazards and risks in work areas and environmental aspects, safeguarding your own safety and that of people around you, and apply established safety norms and protocols to prevent injuries, accidents, illnesses, and contamination—monitoring compliance and follow-up on controls and guidelines outlined in the IMS.
