




**EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT** * Coordinate communication between different departments, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients. * Manage personal and executive schedules, ensuring attendance at any appointment, meeting, or event, including sending reminders for each event. * Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries, including purchasing tickets, booking hotels, and arranging meetings at the destination city. * Maintain an organized documentation system (printed and electronic documents). * Maintain a strict level of confidentiality. * Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to become familiar with company-specific programs and software. * No transportation issues, as working in the office and having personal workspace is required. * Proficient in collaboration and delegation of tasks. * Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multitasking abilities. * Exceptional interpersonal skills. * Pleasant and professional demeanor. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Executive Assistant Studies, Public Relations, Administration, or related field. * Age: 25\-35 years. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Ability to work with high levels of confidentiality. * Sense of urgency and proactivity. * Precise organization and tracking of multiple tasks. * Clear, professional, and diplomatic communication. * Autonomous problem resolution. * Adaptability to demanding and changing environments. * High sense of responsibility and loyalty. * Must have a valid driver's license. * Flexible schedule availability. * Willingness to travel. * Punctuality.
