Description
What activities will you perform? Provide direct support in administrative and organizational activities. Coordinate agenda tracking, documentation, and internal reports. Support talent attraction and selection processes. Post job openings and follow up with candidates through job boards. Conduct initial contact and schedule interviews. Maintain updated file control and databases. Assist with general office tasks and administrative follow-up. Manage information confidentially and professionally. Collaborate in internal human resources area processes.
We are looking for:
Minimum education: Completed high school; technical degree or bachelor's degree in progress.
Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Basic proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office suite.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Previous experience in administrative or human resources areas (desirable but not mandatory).
