Your daily tasks will include lead management, appointment and viewing coordination, and sales negotiation and closing. This is a full-time, on-site position conducted at the showroom of the relevant development. **Requirements** * Knowledge of the real estate sector. * Experience in marketing real estate properties. * Sales and negotiation skills to effectively close agreements. * Ability to provide information and advisory support to clients. * Other valued competencies include teamwork ability, communication skills, and a client-oriented attitude. * Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. * Proactive attitude and availability to work shifts. ***This vacancy is located in Col.
