Learn more about our culture here. **Job Description** Manages accounting and financial information reflecting plant operations to support decision-making, and ensures compliance with current tax obligations. **Specific Job Functions** Accounting * Preparation of monthly accounting entries. * Preparation of balance sheet account reconciliations. * Preparation of bank reconciliations. * Preparation of reports and analyses per company requirements. * Assistance in handling and follow-up of internal audits (SOX) as well as audits conducted by tax authorities. Tax * Preparation and follow-up of corporate tax refund requests. * Assistance in preparing monthly and annual tax filings with tax authorities. * Preparation of monthly and annual INEGI declarations. * Preparation of annual tax projections. * Handling and compliance with authority requests. * Calculation and monthly lease invoicing. * Identification of opportunities to continuously improve activities within the Accounting Department Accounts Payable * Assistance in supplier payments. **Qualifications** **Education:** * University degree in Accounting or related field. **Experience:** * 3 to 5 years of general experience in accounting or finance. **Languages:** * Intermediate-to-advanced English **Other Competencies:** * Microsoft Office * Accounting systems **Additional Information** **At Fortune Brands Innovations, we support the overall health and wellness of our associates by offering comprehensive, competitive benefits that prioritize all aspects of wellbeing and provide flexibility for our teammates’ unique needs.
