




Job Summary: Support the execution of Placement activities for Latam clients, managing renewals, data analysis, and vendor/client relationships. Key Highlights: 1. Professional development through expert training **Description** --------------- The Role * Support the execution of Placement activities on behalf of teams across each Spanish-speaking Latam country, following agreed-upon processes, tools, and templates. * Primary deliverables include: a) Initiate renewal activity 90/120/180 days prior to client health and benefits plan expiration b) Engage with insurance companies/vendors and clients to obtain required information, competitive proposals, and conduct follow-ups c) Perform data processing and analysis (claims, financial, and membership data) to prepare reports using agreed tools, standards, and techniques d) Prepare quotation confirmations and distribute requests for proposal (RFPs) to insurers/vendors e) Collect, summarize, and analyze proposal results f) Support production of quotation comparisons / renewal reports / placement slips / coverage confirmations / other renewal deliverables for clients g) Manage inquiries/requests from insurers/vendors/clients or internal colleagues, escalating as necessary h) Follow up with clients on renewal documentation and census data i) Follow up with insurers on renewal documents (e.g., policies and billing) j) Liaise with other teams to validate and clean enrollment and benefits eligibility data, ensuring accurate policy implementation k) Adhere to regulatory procedures defined by the country of origin * Update internal systems when required. In addition, you will: * Attend trainings, meetings, and/or other educational events to deepen understanding of market trends, regulations, and developments. * Receive training from experienced consultants. * Meet internal excellence and compliance requirements. * Participate in continuous improvement activities to build stakeholder confidence. **Qualifications** ------------------ Requirements * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish * Strong customer service orientation * Ability to multitask and respond effectively and promptly to multiple stakeholders * Well-organized and detail-oriented * Critical thinking and analytical skills * Ability to review and verify data with subject-matter expertise (e.g., health and benefits plans) and understand data applicability/accuracy for the intended purpose * Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative working style * Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and under limited supervision * Ability to ask the right questions and seek help when appropriate * Take ownership of the quality and timely delivery of your own work and involve other team members as appropriate * Experience working with databases, validation activities, and analysis * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel (macros), PowerPoint, and advanced Power BI knowledge. * Bachelor’s degree in fields emphasizing mathematics or business, such as engineering, business administration, actuarial science, or related disciplines.
