Andrade Automotriz**, with affiliations including Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Hyundai, and others, is seeking an **IMSS Employer Obligations Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Accounting, Administration, or related field. * **Minimum 1 year of experience as an IMSS Analyst.** * Proficiency in platforms: SUA, IDSE, Virtual Desktop. * Basic Excel skills (tables, filters, pivot tables). **Responsibilities:** * Submission of affiliate movement records (registrations, terminations, modifications). * Calculation, control, and submission of payments via platforms: SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, and SATIC. * Preparation and review of monthly worker-employer contribution reports. * Occupational risk management and premium updates with IMSS. * Completion of ST7 forms and follow-up on medical leaves, as well as receipt of ST2\. * Incident follow-up with the Payroll Department. **We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$15,000** \+ monthly performance bonus **($3,000\).** * Statutory benefits from day one (12 vacation days per year, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, profit-sharing (PTU), and 100% IMSS contributions). * **Work schedule:** Monday to Friday **(On-site)** 9:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturdays **(Remote)** 9:00 am – 2:00 pm. * Good work environment and opportunity for growth. * Payroll payments via **BBVA BANCOMER.** **If you are interested in this position, apply through this channel and we will contact you.** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Complimentary beverages * Option for indefinite-term contract Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: * IMSS Analyst: 2 years (Preferred) * SUA, IDSE, SIPARE, SATIC: 2 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
