




Position Summary: This role is responsible for estimating project costs—including materials, machinery, and labor—and managing budgets and unit price analyses. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle 2. Preparation of unit price analysis and budgets 3. Technical file management and construction control **Role Objective:** * Responsible for estimating project costs throughout their entire lifecycle. To achieve this, the candidate must integrate costs for materials, machinery, and labor required for project execution. **Responsibilities:** * Preparation of generator numbers * Preparation of unit price analysis and review of third-party and extraordinary unit price analyses * Preparation of budgets and corresponding catalogs * Analysis of indirect costs, financing, and profit margins * Quotation of materials, tools, equipment, and services * Analysis and integration of public works bidding bases * Supplier coordination * Preparation of construction technical files * Construction scheduling, estimation, and control **Skills:** * Proficiency in Opus or Neodata * Proficiency in AutoCAD * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Vehicle operation (manual and automatic transmission) — mandatory * Valid driver's license Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,500.00 - $4,000.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
