At corporate GRUPO ANDRADE, we are seeking your talent as: **FINANCIAL ACCOUNTING ANALYST** **Position Objective:** Ensure the accurate recording, control, and monitoring of accounting and financial transactions related to payments, reconciliations, and financing, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance with tax obligations. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform reconciliations with financial institutions. * Manage and analyze high-volume databases. * Record and account for payments. * Execute payments to financial institutions timely and accurately. * Monitor and control financing maturity dates. * Participate in the authorization and validation of financings. * Prepare and submit the DIOT (Taxpayer's Information Return). * Support the cleanup and control of related accounts. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (graduated or internship candidate). * 2–4 years of experience in accounting and/or finance roles. * Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, lookup formulas, database management) / Assessment test required. * Experience in reconciliations and accounts payable. * Basic knowledge of tax compliance (DIOT, VAT). * Experience with accounting systems (CONTPAQi, Aspel, or similar ERP). **Competencies:** Numerical analysis Organization and control Attention to detail Process monitoring and compliance **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary: $18,000 * Statutory benefits / 100% social security contribution * Short- and long-term professional development opportunities * Savings Fund **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM \- 6:00 PM Saturday, 9:00 AM \- 2:00 PM **Work Location:** Narvarte Poniente, one street away from Metro Ethiopia Payroll disbursement exclusively via BBVA Salary: $16,000\.00 \- $18,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
