




Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and organized Warehouse Clerk to manage the construction site warehouse, ensuring efficient material control and supply. Key Highlights: 1. Manage the construction site warehouse with a focus on control and traceability. 2. Conduct daily, cyclic, and general inventories accurately. 3. Operate counterbalanced forklifts for loading and unloading materials. We seek to integrate into our team a committed, organized, and experienced **Warehouse Clerk**, skilled in forklift operation, who ensures proper material control and supply to maintain operational continuity. **Job Objective** Manage the construction site warehouse to ensure correct receipt, storage, control, and supply of materials, tools, and equipment, guaranteeing order, safety, and inventory traceability. **Key Responsibilities** **Inventory Control** * Perform physical daily, cyclic, and general inventories. * Record incoming and outgoing items in the system (delivery notes, invoices, and vouchers). * Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels. * Timely report procurement needs. **Equipment Operation and Handling** * Operate counterbalanced forklifts (sit-down type). * Load and unload heavy materials (steel, cement, concrete blocks, etc.). * Support logistical maneuvers on-site. * Assist with routes when route saturation occurs. (Standard driving skills, NP300, stakes, etc.) **Logistics and Organization** * Strategically arrange materials to optimize space. * Issue tools and materials to work crews. * Track tool lending and return. **Safety and Compliance** * Maintain a clean, orderly, and properly signposted warehouse. * Comply with industrial safety protocols. * Use PPE correctly. **Requirements** * High school diploma (general or technical) with certificate. * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a warehouse clerk on construction sites. * Valid driver’s license. * Valid forklift operator license (mandatory). * Demonstrable experience operating counterbalanced forklifts (sit-down type). * Knowledge of construction materials. * Basic Excel proficiency (inventory tracking). * **PREFERRED: Knowledge of construction materials.** **Key Competencies** * Organization and control * Responsibility and integrity * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure * Effective communication with construction site teams **We Offer** * Monthly salary * Biweekly payment * Overtime pay * Statutory benefits (IMSS, Infonavit, Christmas bonus, vacation) * Direct employment with Grupo Mako Construcciones * Opportunities for professional development and job stability **Work Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm (1-hour lunch break) * Saturdays, 8:00 am – 2:00 pm Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
