No prior experience is needed—we provide full training. ***We’re looking for you!*** **Job Responsibilities:** * Review and analyze customer documents for short-term online loan (PDL) approvals. * Verify customer identity, CURP, INE, bank accounts, and contact information. * Review bank statements, income, and customer repayment capacity. * Analyze credit applications and make decisions in accordance with internal company policies. * Detect fraudulent transactions and suspicious applications. * Ensure customers meet internal requirements and compliance policies. * Work with CRM, anti-fraud systems, and internal company platforms. * Coordinate with Collections, Customer Service, and Fraud Prevention teams. * Prepare reports on verifications performed and decisions made. * Meet SLAs and internal quality standards. **Requirements:** * Age range: **18 to 45** * Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Attention to detail, effective communication, and analytical ability. **Schedule Availability:** * Available shifts: **On-site** * Monday–Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. * Fixed Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. **We Offer:** * **Guaranteed bonus for the first month:** **$1,500** * **Maximum monthly bonus: 30%** (based on goal achievement and metrics) * **Salary:** **$9,500** * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Upon completion of probation period:** * **Savings fund:** 10% of monthly salary contribution. * **Food vouchers:** Equivalent to 10% of monthly salary. * **Opportunities for professional growth and development.** * We’re looking for you! * Contact number: \+525532437268 Employment type: Full-time Salary: $9,500\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Food vouchers Work location: On-site employment
