Essential role in operational efficiency. ### **Automotive Service Administrative Assistant – Chevrolet** **Job Objective:** Provide administrative support to the service department, ensuring accurate work order control, customer service, and process follow-up to guarantee efficient operations. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist with opening and closing service orders * Enter and manage information in the system * Track vehicles undergoing service * Provide basic customer service and guidance * Manage area files and documentation * Assist with billing and coordination with the workshop **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree / Administrative degree / Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) * Experience in administrative functions (automotive industry experience preferred) * Proficiency in Excel and administrative systems * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and service-oriented attitude
