If you seek a stable position offering professional growth and challenges, this vacancy is ideal for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Support the review of accounting records, trial balances, and subsidiary ledgers. * Conduct substantive and analytical audit procedures under departmental supervision. * Prepare working papers and bank, tax, and accounting reconciliations. * Verify compliance with tax obligations (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes). * Review invoicing, journal entries, payroll records, and supporting documentation. * Compile accounting and tax files per client. * Maintain up-to-date accounting and audit files in accordance with the firm’s policies. **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (currently completing or graduated). * Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting or auditing firms. **Technical Knowledge** * Foundational accounting and tax principles. * Handling of provisional tax payments and monthly tax returns (Income Tax, VAT, withholding taxes). * Bank and accounting reconciliations. * Financial statement analysis. * Familiarity with SAT, IDSE, and SUA platforms (desirable). * Intermediate Excel skills and accounting software (COI, Contpaq, or similar). **Competencies** * Attention to detail and numerical accuracy. * Organization and analytical skills. * Teamwork and ability to work under supervision. * Professional ethics and confidential handling of information. * Timely delivery. **Employment Conditions** * **Monthly Salary:** MXN $12,500 net. * **Location:** Monterrey, Nuevo León. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work Modality:** On-site. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits. * **Development:** Ongoing technical and tax training. * **Work Environment:** Stability and an excellent workplace climate.
