This includes maintaining accurate customer account records, conducting account reconciliations, managing collections, and ensuring proper documentation related to incoming payments. Analysts are integral to the effective operation of the Global Business Services (GBS) Delivery Centres, contributing as high\-performing team members within the end\-to\-end process workflow. **Essential Responsible Areas** * Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices in a timely and professional manner. * Maintain accurate and organized records of customer issues and interactions. * Monitor and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently and accurately. * Investigate the root causes of issues by collecting and analysing data, and determine effective resolutions in a timely manner. Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as necessary. * Serve as the primary contact for daily operational tasks, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant analysis. * Engage constructively with team members and internal and external customers to ensure high\-quality service and outcomes. * Foster a collaborative team environment by promoting teamwork, accountability, effective communication, and supporting additional project initiatives. * Proactively identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements to enhance operational performance and quality.
