We are looking for a **Trainer/Technical Advisor in Construction** with a strong field focus, to provide technical support to our customers on the correct use of our products. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper on-site application, as well as technical follow-up on construction projects. **Responsibilities:** **Provide on-site technical advice to customers regarding the use and application of our products.** * Conduct site inspections to validate proper application. * Perform on-site tests and sample executions. * Carry out technical surveys (measurements) at construction sites. * Monitor and supervise technical inventories at customer warehouses. * Evaluate product failures: identify whether defects are due to manufacturing or improper application. * Train construction site personnel in correct application techniques. * Prepare technical follow-up reports. * **Requirements:** \* * **Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.** * **Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction site supervision or technical consulting in construction.** * Knowledge of construction processes and application of coatings/specialized products. * Availability to travel and work in the field. * Ability to take measurements and perform technical surveys. * Strong communication skills and customer interaction abilities. * Valid driver's license.
