Join us and apply for our open position: **PROCUREMENT ANALYST** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field in economics or administration; graduation is preferred. Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement (reporting, purchase orders, supplier sourcing, etc.). **Knowledge:** Intermediate Office skills: Word, PowerPoint, and Excel (logical functions and pivot tables — mandatory). SAP Procurement Module (Purchase Order creation). Experience purchasing promotional items, awards, trophies, and medals for large-scale events. **Responsibilities:** Receive requisitions assigned by the Procurement Supervisor and execute the procurement process. Identify and evaluate new suppliers. Request quotations from the existing supplier portfolio. Conduct on-site purchases (Walmart, Sam's Club, IKEA, Office Max, Office Depot, etc.). Monitor procurement processes closely and provide timely status updates to internal customers.
