We operate under an innovative, accessible, and patient-centered model, and we are seeking talent to drive our expansion. **Role Mission** We are seeking a strategic **Project Manager** with an engineering background (Systems or Industrial Engineering) and **mandatory experience in Information Technology (IT)** to lead the end\-to\-end management of our most critical projects. This position is pivotal in transforming business needs into technological solutions and successful operational implementations, ensuring excellence, achievement of strategic objectives, and financial impact. **Key Responsibilities:** The Project Leader will be responsible for end-to-end management—from conceptualization through final delivery: **1\. Strategic Diagnosis and Classification** * **Diagnose and Determine Needs:** Identify and analyze functional and operational project requirements, translating business needs into action plans and technical solutions. * **Project Classification:** Implement a prioritization system to classify projects by **priority, scope, financial impact, and risk level**, ensuring resources are allocated to the highest-value initiatives. **2\. End\-to\-End Management** * **Project Management:** Review and support execution of complex projects—particularly those with a high technological component (e.g., system implementations, integrations, digital process optimization, etc.). * **Resource and Budget Planning:** Develop detailed and realistic timelines. Efficiently manage resources (team, budget, tools), ensuring economic and operational viability. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Implement and track progress using agile tools. Generate high-impact reports for senior leadership on status, risks, and key outcomes. **3\. Leadership and Execution** * **Leadership of Multidisciplinary Teams:** Coordinate cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Finance, Marketing, etc.), maintaining effective communication, fostering collaboration, and focusing efforts on measurable results. * **Leadership and Conflict Resolution:** Address challenges and make crucial decisions swiftly and strategically to maintain project momentum. * **Quality Assurance:** Ensure delivery quality and promote continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to optimize execution. **Profile Requirements** * **Professional Education:** Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. * **Mandatory Experience:** Minimum **3 years** of solid experience leading **end\-to\-end project management**. * **Management Proficiency:** Demonstrable experience leading diagnosis, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and team coordination—transforming theoretical plans into reality. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., **MS Project, Monday, Jira**, or similar). * **Methodologies:** Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a **valued plus**. * **Soft Skills:** **Strong leadership**, team management, strategic planning, decision-making, and high conflict-resolution capability. **What We Offer?** * **Competitive Salary:** Salary range of **$30,000 to $40,000 MXN** (based on experience and IT expertise). * **Employment and Stability:** Direct employment with the company and job stability. * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 7:30 pm. **Join this outstanding team!**
