This position is ideal for professionals seeking schedule stability and the opportunity to generate income based on clinical performance. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (degree and professional license mandatory) * Experience in general practice * Confidence in diagnosis and treatment planning * Full-time availability * Residence near the area or without transportation complications **Work Schedule:** * 5 days per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. * 2-hour lunch break * 2 days off (1 weekday and 1 Sunday, depending on operations) **We Offer:** * Constant patient flow * Guaranteed salary of $10,000 per biweekly period (first 3 biweekly periods) * 20% commission on treatments * Average monthly income of $22,000 to $24,000, depending on performance * After the initial period: commission-based compensation structure **Hiring Process:** Includes theoretical and practical evaluation.
