**About this opportunity:**
At WSP Mexico, we are seeking a **Construction Administrator** with advanced English proficiency to join our P\&B team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper management and traceability of technical and administrative documentation during the construction phase, guaranteeing compliance with procedures established by WSP and the client. This role will be critical in maintaining smooth communication among all stakeholders (clients, architects, contractors, and consultants) and coordinating construction administration processes.
**Responsibilities:**
**Document Management:**
· Receive, register, and organize documentation related to Construction Administration (Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, etc.).
· Distribute documentation to the responsible engineer and track it to closure.
· Maintain up-to-date project records on digital platforms, ensuring traceability and control.
**Communication and Coordination:**
· Maintain consistent communication with clients, architects, contractors, and consultants via email, phone calls, and meetings.
· Attend pre-construction and construction progress meetings.
**Control and Reporting:**
· Prepare document control reports (pending submittals, open RFIs, closed documentation).
· Develop tracking matrices and progress reports using Office tools.
**Regulatory Compliance:**
· Ensure compliance with WSP- and client-defined Construction Administration procedures and standards.
· Guarantee proper review routing and digital storage of documents.
**Requirements:**
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
· Experience: 1–2 years in MEP engineering, architecture, or construction projects, preferably in construction administration or document management.
· Experience reviewing and organizing technical documentation (drawings, specifications, site correspondence).
· Minimum B2 level English (spoken and written).
· Ability to read and understand technical documents.
· Proficiency in document management software (Procore, Newforma, ACC, TonicDM, or similar).
· Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Familiarity with design phases and communication workflows among contractors, engineers, and clients.
