Job Summary: We are seeking staff to provide holistic care for children in a group home setting, including academic support, values-based education, and activity organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive care and education for children aged 2 to 11 years in a group home. 2. Assistance with academic activities and daily routines, promoting core values. 3. Support for children's development and well-being. **Fundación Niños de Eugenia**, expanding its operations, invites you to join our team as: **Education Required:** Incomplete or completed high school (preparatory level) **Experience Required:** * Experience caring for children, either personally (e.g., own children, nieces/nephews) or professionally (e.g., babysitter, teacher) **Knowledge Required:** * Cooking skills * Experience caring for children aged 2 to 11 years **Primary Responsibilities:** * Caring for children in a group home * Assisting children with academic activities and daily routines * Instilling values and healthy habits in children * Performing cleaning and hygiene tasks in areas where children live and play * Organizing developmental activities for children * Supporting other departments within the group home **Additional Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with two weekdays off * Availability to work on public holidays **We Offer:** Competitive salary.
