Opportunity for professional development **Job Description:** At Marelli ELS, we are seeking a PLM Engineering specialist to manage and optimize product lifecycle management processes within our company. The candidate will be responsible for implementing PLM solutions, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve production efficiency. **Responsibilities:** * Implement and configure PLM systems according to Marelli ELS requirements * Manage product data structures, documents, and engineering changes * Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to optimize processes * Maintain data integrity, availability, and security within the PLM system * Train and support internal users on PLM tools * Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field * Minimum 2 years of experience in PLM projects (Automotive Electronics sector) * Knowledge of product data management, engineering change management, and technical documentation * Excellent communication and teamwork skills * Analytical and problem-solving abilities * Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency **We Offer:** * Competitive salary * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements * Opportunity for professional development * Excellent work environment Interested candidates please send CV to laura.palafox@marelli.com Salary: $42,000\.00 \- $45,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
