




Job Summary: We are seeking a Level 1 Application Technical Support Analyst to resolve incidents remotely and via telephone, report failures, and document activities. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for recent graduates SERVICE DESK "Level 1 Application Technical Support Analyst"* What do we require? * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (Internship, in the process of graduation, graduated, ongoing, or incomplete) * Minimum 6 months of experience in technical support via telephone or remote access (internships and social service experience accepted) * Recent graduates without required experience * Age 18–40 * Must reside within a maximum 1.5-hour commute.
