You will own PowerShell\-driven workflow automation in JAMS Enterprise Scheduler, integrate systems via REST APIs, and help keep critical runs stable 24/7—apply today. **Responsibilities** * Build, verify, and maintain PowerShell automation scripts and manage versions in source control * Maintain a living inventory and incident log for all JAMS Scheduler jobs, documenting warnings, errors, escalations, and fixes * Review job execution health proactively, diagnose failures, resolve incidents, and escalate to job owners as required * Maintain and service JAMS tools by handling installations, updates, patching, and upkeep for clients and reporting components * Operate and support JAMS Enterprise Scheduler and System Center Orchestrator environments with a focus on stability and performance * Implement REST API\-based integrations between infrastructure systems to enhance reporting and analysis * Partner with application and infrastructure teams to translate automation needs into workflow implementations * Update JAMS configuration settings, keep SOPs current, and apply strict change control procedures * Resolve runbook failures by troubleshooting, completing root\-cause analysis, and applying approved enhancements * Support delivery of IT projects by providing automation workflow input aligned with timelines and requirements * Identify process areas suitable for further automation and recommend improvements for approval and execution * Safeguard 24/7 availability of business\-critical automation workflows by prioritizing reliability and quality **Requirements** * Solid experience across infrastructure environments with 3 years of professional experience * Proven 2\+ years of hands\-on work with JAMS Enterprise Manager, including maintenance and configuration * Strong skills with Windows Server (2012\-2019\), PowerShell, and SQL Server (2012\-2017\) in Microsoft\-based environments * Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including Logic Apps * Working familiarity with JSON scripting and REST APIs * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities with strong attention to detail * Demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively while working with a team * Ability to work independently within established policies and deliver consistent quality * English fluency at B2 (Upper\-Intermediate) level, written and spoken **Nice to have** * Information Technology degree or related education * Azure or AWS certification * Background with System Center Orchestrator 2012 or newer * Exposure to AWS services and tools * Knowledge of Linux\-based environments
