Requirements: Completed or incomplete Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or Engineering; 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or operations; proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel); knowledge of multifunctional equipment (Ricoh, Lanier or others). Responsibilities: Provide operational support to Senior PAM; register and track leads in CRM; assist in onboarding processes; handle and escalate inquiries; coordinate training sessions; communicate program benefits and commitments; collect market data; monitor performance metrics. Profile: Proactive, excellent verbal and written communication, strong writing and spelling skills, ability to build solid relationships, dynamic and positive personality. We offer: Base salary $8,500 + Bonus $8,000 + Vouchers $2,800 (Total integrated with IMSS $19,300).
