A growing company seeks an **IT Infrastructure Coordinator** responsible for ensuring the operation, security, and continuity of the organization’s technological infrastructure, guaranteeing the proper functioning of servers, networks, systems, and information platforms. The position plays a key role in managing technological infrastructure and providing support to various departments across the company. Key Responsibilities * Administer and maintain the company’s **technological infrastructure (servers, networks, and systems)**. * Ensure the proper functioning of **hardware, software, and IT services**. * Administer **Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and print servers** environments. * Monitor and maintain network infrastructure (switches, routers, VLANs, firewalls, and access points). * Administer **VMware virtualization environments and SAN storage systems**. * Manage data backups and disaster recovery plans. * Administer corporate email services **Microsoft Exchange**. * Provide technical support to users and company distribution centers. * Monitor infrastructure using specialized tools. * Administer IT ticketing management platforms. * Propose technology improvements aligned with business needs. * Develop technical documentation, manuals, and IT procedures. Requirements * Minimum **3 years of experience in IT infrastructure administration or similar roles**. * Knowledge of **Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and TCP/IP networking**. * Experience with **VMware virtualization (HA, vMotion)**. * Experience administering **backups and monitoring tools**. * Experience in **network configuration, VLANs, firewalls, and switches**. * Knowledge of **IP telephony**. * Experience with **IT ticketing management tools**. * Knowledge of **SQL Server databases (intermediate level)**. * Experience in technological infrastructure administration and corporate support.
