Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Computing, Telecommunications, or related field. IBM certifications (desirable). * Proven experience (5\+ years) in at least 3 of the following IBM technologies: Cognos Analytics, Contributor, DataStage, Planning Analytics (TM1\), AppConnect Enterprise (ACE). * Solid knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server. * Desired: Official IBM certifications (e.g., Data \& AI, Integration, Analytics). * Desired: Experience in large-scale migration projects. Responsibilities: * Execute configuration, integration, and customization of IBM applications in production and development environments. * Collaborate closely with IBM (infrastructure) and end clients to ensure proper environment operations. * Implement best practices in administration and security for IBM applications. * Prepare monthly technical reports on activities, progress, and findings. * Handle incidents and participate in migration windows outside regular working hours. * Ensure service continuity, updates, and process improvements.
