What are we looking for? We are seeking an Infrastructure and Systems Specialist to join a 6-month project, with solid experience in networks, servers, cybersecurity, and technical support. **We offer:** Monthly salary: 20,000 pesos gross Company-subsidized cafeteria Schedule: Monday to Friday Project with possibility of extension based on performance **Functions / Responsibilities:** * Configuration, maintenance, and management of routers, switches, and Wi\-Fi access points. * Administration of servers using Windows Server (2003, 2008, 2012, 2016\) and Linux Fedora. * Management of communication infrastructure: E1, DIDs, structured cabling, physical layout of data centers. * Administration of Access and SQL databases. * Backup of critical information on NAS and operational continuity. * Configuration of POP3 mail servers and support for mobile devices and PCs. * Control of Antispam IMSVA filters and antivirus using Kaspersky Security Center. * Programming of Nortel PBX systems and assignment of telephone extensions. * Management and updating of licenses: Microsoft, SAP, ASPEL, Carvajal. * Administration of ZKTeco time clocks with attendance software. * Configuration and maintenance of CCTV (closed-circuit television). * Remote connections (TeamViewer, FTP, remote desktop). * Creation of continuous improvement policies in systems and processes. * Advanced Excel support (macros and pivot tables). * Immediate reporting of any situation affecting product quality and safety. * Desired requirements and knowledge: * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Proficiency in router and switch configuration. * Knowledge of CCTV and security monitoring. **Experience with:** * SAP system * SQL databases * Network and access security * Server and telephony infrastructure * Advanced Excel * Immediate availability ***Are you interested in joining our team?*** ***Send your updated CV to imendoza@macma.mx or apply through this platform.
