Collaboration with business users (Finance, Accounting, HR) DESCRIPTION ### **Oracle EBS Financials Consultant (Support) – On-site CDMX (Polanco)** We are looking for an Oracle EBS Consultant with experience in financial modules to provide support for critical applications during an ERP modernization project. **Location:** CDMX – Polanco Area **Work Mode:** On-site **Contract Type:** Project-based ### **Responsibilities** * Provide functional and technical support for Finance and Human Capital applications. * Address user incidents, requests, and tickets. * Support Oracle EBS R12 modules: AR, AP, GL, PO, AF. * Analyze and resolve database-level issues (Oracle / SQL Server). * Execute queries and adjustments using PL/SQL. * Support integrations via REST and SOAP services. * Collaborate directly with business users (Finance, Accounting, HR). * Ensure operational continuity throughout the ERP modernization process. ### **Requirements** * Experience with Oracle EBS R12 (financial modules). * Knowledge of PL/SQL. * Proficiency in Oracle and/or SQL Server databases. * Experience consuming REST / SOAP services. * Business analysis capability and user support skills. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. ### **Technologies** * Oracle EBS R12 * PL/SQL * Oracle DB / SQL Server * REST / SOAP REQUIREMENTS Experience in support and/or implementation of **Oracle EBS R12 (financial modules: AR, AP, GL, PO, AF)**.
