A marketing agency is seeking a Sales Executive with a highly commercial profile, focused on active prospecting and generating new business. This position is critical to the growth of our marketing and education service lines. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in cold calling) * Experience in sectors such as: * Retail (e.g., financial institutions or department stores) * Real estate * Insurance * Corporate services * Proven experience conducting cold calls and lead generation * Ability to work under performance targets and commission-based schemes * Strong self-management and commercial discipline * CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) * Communication and negotiation skills * Proactive attitude and results orientation KEY DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Active prospecting of potential clients (cold calls, networking, field work) * Building and developing one's own client portfolio * Identifying B2B market business opportunities * Scheduling commercial meetings * Presenting services and solutions to potential clients * Following up and closing sales * Using CRM for sales pipeline management * Achieving monthly sales targets * Developing personal strategies for market entry OFFERING: * Base salary + uncapped commission scheme * Remote work * Growth opportunity Salary: $10,000.00 - $22,000.00 per month Workplace: Remote employment
