Senior In\-Plant Associate is part of a multifunctional team based at the Client's Facilities, responsible for resolving any Operational requirements from the Client (Drivers or Fleet Managers), proposing improvements aligned with the policies of the company to which they are assigned. * Manage the complete product from an Operations perspective to resolve any client requirements (Drivers or Fleet Managers), e.g., Purchasing, Maintenance, Insurance, Brokerage Services, End-of-Lease), and provide personalized support to VIP users. * Maintain updated controls and databases with the Client's fleet information. * Resolve and escalate, timely and appropriately (to the Operations and/or Commercial areas), any situation that jeopardizes the business relationship, and collaborate with the Fleet Partner Solution. * Provide support in implementing and designing communication campaigns related to Fleet Administration; maintain effective communication with Element's Operational areas. * Generate Purchase Orders, provisions (annual or monthly), validate invoices, and track payments (Contractual). **Education and Experience** * Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering. * Fluent English: \+60% * At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably Key Account Management or similar role) * Experience in Leasing (preferably Vehicle Leasing) * Driving light vehicles **What’s in it for You** At Element, we recognize our team's efforts with a competitive compensation package and benefits that go beyond legal requirements: * Competitive base salary * Annual bonus * Savings fund and savings account * Retirement plan with company contribution * Grocery and restaurant vouchers * Support for sports activities Additionally, we offer non\-monetary benefits that enhance your quality of life, serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness: medical and life insurance, flexible schedules, a hybrid work model, and free parking.
