Remote and on-site technical support at 1st and 2nd level with experience in networks and security. * Skills in communications and networking: Knowledge of TCP/IP networks, OSI model, routing, VLANs, high availability, redundancy, and related topics; experience with routing protocols (EBGP/BGP, ISIS, EIGRP, OSPF). * Management and leadership of a Level 1 Support Engineering team, being responsible for their professional development, training, and technical formation. * 2 to 3 years of experience in supporting and configuring network devices such as access points, routers, switching, codecs, APs, LAN, WLAN, etc., particularly with Cisco, HP, Aruba, Dell wireless solutions. * 2 to 3 years of experience in installation, implementation, administration, and configuration of Security platforms (Firewalls, VPN, Endpoints, EDR, XDR, Antispam, WAF, SASE, among others).
