***Functions:*** * Implement and maintain process controls to eliminate and prevent defects on production lines, preventing failures and taking corrective actions in a timely manner. * Develop and implement work instructions, visual aids, quality alerts, inspection/release/process monitoring forms, product and poka-yokes. * Monitor action plans, coordinating and requesting information from the responsible person in each area regarding the implementation status of corrective actions. * Ensure product and process quality according to specifications and customer requirements. * Participate in process audits and improvement initiatives. * Participate in process changes, engineering, and new product development. * Implement statistical process control. * Develop containment, segregation, and clean point plans for all incidents involving non-conforming products. * Problem analysis and resolution (5W, 8D, QRQC, A3). ***Desirable:*** Industrial, mechanical engineering or related field ***Knowledge:*** * Lean manufacturing * Use of measuring instruments: micrometer, vernier caliper, etc. * ISO 9001:2015 standard * APQP / MSA / FMEA / PPAP / Control Plan / Poka Yokes Job type: Full-time Salary: $17,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Discounted cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Work location: On-site
