The Program Manager is part of a cross\-functional team based at the Client’s facilities, responsible for defining and executing the operational strategy for the client, as well as reporting on operational KPIs \& SLAs.
The Program Manager is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can coordinate the activities of a cross\-functional team to ensure that projects, processes, and/or products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards — always communicating effectively to guarantee visibility.
* On\-demand reports aligned with account needs and metrics (KPIs)
* Periodic fuel consumption reports
* Semi\-annual and annual financial planning to generate purchase orders
* Claims report for repair control, payment, deductible tracking, and performance indicator maintenance. KPI: Cost and Claims Frequency
* Budget verification and monitoring for maintenance expenses
* Inventory control on internal platforms and client administration platforms
* Supervision of invoice detail submission by legal entity to ensure payment to Element
* Invoice review and clarification
* Monthly communication to users regarding operational processes with Element: Unit renewal, unit return, maintenance, among others
* Provide support for received escalations and guidance to users on operational processes with Element: Procurement, maintenance, claims, among others
* **Education and Experience**
* Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Hospitality Industry, or Engineering
* Fluent English: \+95%
* Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer Service (preferably Key Account Management or similar role)
* Experience in leasing (preferably vehicle leasing)
* Experience managing cross\-functional projects
* Light vehicle driving license
