The Program Manager is part of a cross\-functional team based at the Client’s facilities, responsible for defining and executing the operational strategy for the client, as well as reporting on operational KPIs \& SLAs. The Program Manager is a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can coordinate the activities of a cross\-functional team to ensure that projects, processes, and/or products are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards — always communicating effectively to guarantee visibility. * On\-demand reports aligned with account needs and metrics (KPIs) * Periodic fuel consumption reports * Semi\-annual and annual financial planning to generate purchase orders * Claims report for repair control, payment, deductible tracking, and performance indicator maintenance.
