Having grown sustainably, we are now seeking a pre-sales engineer with experience in IT Security. **What Makes Us Different?** We are innovators, highly operationally agile, and you will have the opportunity to: * Operational freedom to propose new strategies and service offerings. * Integration with multicultural teams, collaboration with vendors, and participation in industry events. * Real professional development and growth. * An excellent work environment, engaging activities, and diverse collaborative dynamics. **Our Offer** We prioritize continuous training for our team, strive for a healthy work-life balance, and foster an attractive, growth-oriented, stable, and supportive work environment: * **Monthly salary** of 25,000 to 30,000 pesos (tax-free), nominal employment contract, bonuses, commissions, and accelerators. * **Working hours**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * **Work location**: Hybrid (Naucalpan, 1ro de Mayo Avenue near Periférico, plus remote work). **What We Are Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience as: Solutions Consultant, Solutions Pre-Sales, Delivery Engineering Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Pre-Sales Lead, Solution Specialist, Solutions Expert, Solution Architect, Data Center Technician, Pre-Sales Consultant, Solutions & Pre-Sales Architect, or Pre-Sales Engineering Specialist. * Intermediate English proficiency preferred for vendor-led training. * 1–2 years’ experience designing cybersecurity solutions and architectures, incident detection and response, and protection strategies—including Firewall, SIEM, EDR, IAM, WAF, Cloud Security, DLP, etc. Familiarity with FortiGate, SentinelOne, Tenable, Acronis, Qualys, Crowdstrike, Sophos, Palo Alto, PfSense, etc. * 1–2 years’ experience designing conceptual architectures, estimating and sizing projects, preparing proposals, etc. Ability to develop technical proposals, conceptual solutions and architectures, demos, PoCs (Proof of Concept), PoEs (Proof of Excellence), etc. Experience developing proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work). * Gathering, sizing, and designing client requirements, and delivering high-quality architectural designs. * 2 years’ experience managing Windows OS (2016 or later), Linux (various distributions), dependency management, Active Directory, ADFS, etc. * Knowledge of physical and virtual infrastructure, with emphasis on infrastructure protection. * Strong ability to produce technical and commercial documentation. * Certifications: Preferred active technical or commercial certifications from Palo Alto (e.g., PCNSA, PCNSE), Fortinet (e.g., NSE 4\+), or Netskope.
