The ideal candidate will have deep, hands\-on experience in complex application and workflow development, integration with core data services, and a commitment to best practices in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).** Responsibilities: * Architect and implement SharePoint Online solutions, including site collections, custom lists, libraries, and permissions. * Design and develop Power Apps (canvas and model\-driven) and Power Automate flows to streamline business operations. * Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services, Dataverse, and external data sources. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Establish and enforce governance, security, and lifecycle management standards for Power Platform solutions. ### **Requirements** 3\+ years of hands\-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas and Model\-Driven) and Power Automate. * 1\+ years of experience with SharePoint Online development and administration. * Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Dataverse, and REST APIs. * Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and/or Microsoft Graph API for advanced integration scenarios. * Experience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform (e.g., managed solutions, DevOps pipelines, Environment Strategy). * Experience with Power Platform AI components such as AI Builder and Copilot Studio. * Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Experience developing and deploying custom connectors in Power Platform. Nice to Have: * Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
