Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Instituto Tecnológico de Formación Dual** We are an educational institution committed for over 10 years to the holistic development of our students, combining theory with practice to ensure meaningful and high-quality learning. * Location: Colonia Ensueños, Cuautitlán Izcalli, State of Mexico (Near LUNA PARC Plaza) We are seeking a **Boxing Instructor focused on Personal Defense**, passionate about teaching, energetic and committed to training students with discipline, security, and confidence. **Job Responsibilities** * Deliver boxing classes oriented toward personal defense. * Design dynamic and safe training routines. * Promote values such as discipline, respect, and teamwork. * Maintain order and control during classes. * Supervise students’ proper use of equipment and techniques. **Job Requirements:** * Courses or certifications as a boxing coach. * Training in sports coaching. * Minimum 2 years of experience. * Knowledge of physical conditioning. * First aid. * Professional values and ethics. **Skills:** * Proficiency in basic punches (jab, cross, hook, uppercut). * Defensive techniques (blocks, evasions, footwork). * Combat strategy and tactics. * Practical experience (as a boxer or assistant coach). * Pedagogical skills. **We Offer:** * Honorarium payment of $100.00 per hour. * Direct hiring. * Schedule: Tuesdays from 14:00 to 16:00 and Thursdays from 15:00 to 17:00. * In-person modality. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
