**Part\-Time Automation \& Systems Developer**

**About the Role**
We are looking for a highly capable Automation \& Systems Developer to help streamline, optimize, and expand internal operational systems. This role is focused heavily on process automation, agent creation, workflow optimization, and building scalable internal functions that improve organizational efficiency.
The ideal candidate is highly technical, proactive, and comfortable building systems independently. You should understand how to connect platforms, automate repetitive work, and create operational infrastructure that reduces manual tasks and improves execution speed across departments.
This is not a simple web development role. The primary focus is operational systems engineering and business automation.
**Responsibilities**
* Build, refine, and maintain internal automation systems
* Develop AI agents and workflow automations to improve operational efficiency
* Create and optimize internal functions and tools used by staff and leadership
* Integrate and maintain systems across multiple platforms
* Improve organizational workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks
* Work closely with leadership to identify inefficiencies and engineer solutions
* Document processes and maintain organized system architecture
* Troubleshoot automation failures and improve system reliability
* Continuously evaluate opportunities for optimization using AI and automation tools
**Required Qualifications**
* Strong experience with automation tools, APIs, and workflow systems
* Advanced understanding of coding and systems integration
* Experience building AI agents or automated internal business tools
* Ability to work independently and solve problems without constant oversight
* Strong organizational and systems\-thinking mindset
* Experience with:
* HubSpot
* CRM automation
* Internal operational workflows
* API integrations
* Process optimization
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with GoHighLevel (highly preferred)
* Experience with AI workflow platforms and agent orchestration
* Familiarity with Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar automation tools
* Experience working inside fast\-moving startups or operational environments
* Understanding of sales, marketing, customer service, and operational pipelines
**Ideal Candidate**
You are someone who naturally looks at inefficient systems and immediately thinks about how to automate or improve them. You are comfortable moving quickly, building solutions from scratch, and adapting as operational needs evolve.
You should be capable of taking a rough idea and turning it into a functioning operational system with minimal hand\-holding.
**Opportunity**
