The primary objective is to strengthen our teams in the Western region of the country, ensuring an agile, professional, and internally compliant selection process. **Compensation and Incentive Scheme** * **Monthly Base Salary:** Competitive range based on experience (MX$9,000.00 to MX$13,000.00\). * **Placement Bonus:** Monetary compensation for each successful hire who completes their guarantee period. * **Performance Incentives:** Additional bonuses upon achieving and exceeding monthly staffing coverage targets. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and optimize recruitment channels (specialized platforms, regional job boards, and professional social networks). * Conduct advanced resume screening and competency-based interviews focused on the position profile. * Coordinate interview schedules with department managers and continuously track the status of each candidate. * Ensure proper integration and validation of hiring documentation for formal submission to the Human Resources Administration department. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Completed technical high school diploma, incomplete bachelor’s degree, or current student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in mass recruitment, technical profiles, or operational/commercial sectors. * **Market Knowledge:** Thorough understanding of effective recruitment sources in Guadalajara, Zapopan, and surrounding areas. * **Tools:** Basic infrastructure to perform remote work activities (laptop and telephone line). * **Competencies:** Strong self-management skills, results orientation, and assertive communication. **Working Conditions and Benefits** * **Work Arrangement:** Remote / Home Office * **Flexibility:** Self-managed time focused on achieving weekly objectives. * **Contractual Relationship:** Formal fixed-term contract Job Type: Permanent Pay: $9,133.02 \- $12,256.20 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in 44630, Providencia, Jal.
